As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a skilled Field Sales Representative to drive growth to the nordic region.
The role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring successful and lasting client relationships. You will act as the bridge between the company and its clients, focusing on understanding client needs, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service. Your goal is to develop and maintain strong relationships while driving revenue and growth opportunities.

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell, upsell, and develop new business within assigned accounts.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned accounts, developing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients.
- Develop and execute account plans that align with client needs and company objectives.
- Address client issues and conflicts efficiently, and escalate critical issues to relevant teams when necessary.
- Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to clients regarding product usage, campaign performance, etc.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profit.
We are looking for someone that has
- Experience with beauty stores, grocery stores or pharmacies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or related role (3+ years preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of an organization.
